Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain highly automated equipment on the UPE Membrane line. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and yield.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, PPE, and Lean manufacturing concepts, with a path for continuous improvement and potential growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and related steps to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/run process and test data to determine actions for quality and yield.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA and SPC to identify shifts and correct process issues.
• Ensure raw material readiness and timeliness of membrane batches for on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or safety issues and improve operating efficiency.
• Support material inventory, process transactions and quality management systems.
