Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process automation, or production optimization.
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient with CAD/simulation tools and test management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvement opportunities, automation initiatives, and cost-conscious production enhancements.
• Create test specifications and protocols for quality assurance to ensure product standards.
• Design automation solutions to reduce labor, improve efficiency and maintain quality.
• Approve internally/externally developed processes and conduct final validation tests.
• Manage project budget and related financials.
• Provide hands-on support to start-up of processes/equipment and train personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement on existing and automated lines to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
