Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in equipment design or manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical strength.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices.
• CAD/SolidWorks proficiency.
• Experience with PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley).
• WinCC/SCADA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, designs, and implements manufacturing equipment and processes.
• D delivers proposals to leadership for equipment and methods.
• Installs and commissions new production units; troubleshoots existing equipment and processes.
• Plans major equipment overhauls and schedules within time constraints.
• Writes and revises operating instructions for production operations.
• Conducts time and motion studies to optimize production standards.
• Develops monitoring, control, and quality improvement techniques; coordinates vibration analysis.
• Identifies obsolete parts and mechanical systems; sources replacements.
• Assists and trains staff in Manufacturing families and Maintenance.
