Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years related experience with two of the five years in a supervisor, lead or senior process technician role.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, scheduling, development and coaching, performance review and budgeting input.
• Manages work centers to support Lean requirements and meet production goals.
• Collects and analyzes data to support decisions and development.
• Participates in interview process for cell/job family selections.
• Develops and coaches individuals to support objectives and career goals.
• Leads cross-family collaboration for business continuity.
• Maintains staffing schedules and shift transitions, communicating status.
• Ensures safe work practices and reports injuries.
