Responsibilities

• Collaborate on manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Deploy best practices for process control and to improve yields.
• Document processes into work instructions and training materials.
• Provide regular updates to program coordinator and corporate leads.
• Lead capital projects to resolve production capacity and technology capability issues.
• Present multiple project updates to leadership and participate in corporate trade shows.
• Support internal design reviews to ensure processing techniques meet customer needs.
• Limited travel for workshops and trade shows.
