TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Process Engineering Intern in North Jackson, Ohio for a 12-14 week program. You will assist in implementing manufacturing process improvements and automation, collaborating with mentors, and applying structured problem solving to optimize yields.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, data-driven decision making, and strong communication to report weekly updates and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current college junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Prior internship experience desired.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team to implement manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with program mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Utilizes a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices for process control and to improve yields.
• Initiates and/or updates documentation of processes into work instructions, training guides and/or certification tests.
• Present multiple project updates to the local leadership team and participate in a corporate wide trade show to executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Leads capital project efforts to resolve production capacity and technology capability issues.
