Job summary

Autoliv in Tremonton, UT seeks an Automation and PLC Technician to join the maintenance team. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep production lines running by repairing, calibrating, and verifying automated systems and safety devices.

You will document maintenance activities, develop mechanical and software control standards, read blueprints, and contribute to technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Enrolled in a vocational degree (2-3 years).
• High speed automated machine repair, PLC, troubleshooting, control systems troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical machine applications.
• Ability to read Blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of production assembly machine systems by verifying conformance to specifications and performing repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities.
• Create mechanical and software control standards.
