Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minnesota pharmacy technician license/registration required.
• National certification as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Omnicell automation at customer sites according to SOPs.
• Return and restock duties to optimize device use.
• Maintain formulary inventory for daily dispensing needs.
• Report unresolved issues to TAC and perform basic maintenance.
• Daily/periodic cleaning and robot cell inspections.
• Monitor system trends and communicate concerns promptly.
• Provide proactive, solution-oriented communication with customers.
• Train and ensure completion of required documents and policies.
• Track work expenses and adhere to travel policies.
• Maintain national certification and facility credentialing.
• Assist teammates on-site or remotely as SME for workflows.
