Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• 1+ years in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years operating automated packaging equipment with PLC/robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate automated packaging equipment including Ishida weighers and conveyors.
• Manage flow of lettuce through packaging line to ensure throughput and accuracy.
• Perform changeovers and adjust parameters to optimize throughput and yield.
• Enter daily production data and participate in shift huddles.
• Assist maintenance with basic repairs and preventive tasks.
• Ensure product quality, labeling accuracy, and compliance with GMP/HACCP.
