Job summary

You will set up equipment, monitor Ishida multiheaded weighers, conveyors, baggers, label applicators, and case packers, perform changeovers, enter daily production data, and support maintenance to minimize downtime in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• 2+ years operating automated packaging equipment (Ishida preferred) in agricultural/food setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment including Ishida weighers and conveyors.
• Perform changeovers and adjust parameters to optimize throughput.
• Enter daily production data and participate in shift huddles.
• Assist maintenance with basic repairs and routine maintenance.
• Ensure weights, labels and GMP/HACCP compliance and sanitation.
