Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility for a major online retailer.

You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues in material handling equipment (MHE) such as belts, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
