Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair and improve MHE and robotic systems across the site, ensuring safety and reliability of the operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, experience with conveyors and automated equipment, and collaboration with client teams to sustain optimal performance. This is an on-site opportunity with CBRE's workforce at a major distribution site.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
