Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automation, robotics, and material handling systems at a client facility. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and system optimizations to keep complex equipment running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and hand tools.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools (electric or manual).
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs; stairs, ladders, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and manage department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
