CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a client facility.

You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and seek performance improvements while maintaining safety and reliability. The role demands strong problem-solving, tool use, and CMMS experience, with prior apprenticeship or equivalent mechanical/electrical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years or more apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical, mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and automated material handling equipment is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; able to use basic maintenance software.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
