Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support automation, robotics, and material handling systems at a major client facility in the United States. You will perform hands-on repairs, maintenance, and optimization to keep complex systems running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes safe practices, collaboration with the Client and Operations teams, and proactive documentation of maintenance activities; experience with automated equipment and CMMS is

Qualifications

• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move about facilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain MHE including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
