Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic and material handling systems at a client facility. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance enhancements to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, HS diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; familiarity with MS Office and CMMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair automated MHE and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document it properly.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on robotics and conveyors.
• Promote a safe working environment following procedures.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team.
