Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the safety-focused operation of a client facility in Denver. You will maintain and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring a safe and efficient environment across the site.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, maintaining automated packaging and distribution equipment, and documenting preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE devices and systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and document them properly.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
