• Experience operating machines with coaching.
• Safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Reading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards.
• Identify and report losses in your area and equipment.
• Follow safety processes and perform quality assurance activities.
• Deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
