Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking Maintenance Technician I & II to maintain and troubleshoot automated warehouse equipment and material handling systems, maximizing uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, reading work orders, replacing parts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting AGV/LGV and palletizing systems. Experience with PLCs, servo motors, VFDs, conveyors, and HMI/SCADA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated material handling systems in high-throughput environments.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot via HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Experience coordinating with OEM field service technicians and managing vendor PO and warranty workflows.
• Lockout/tagout proficiency and demonstrated commitment to safe maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment and systems to maximize uptime.
• Inspect machines, replace faulty parts, test operation, and document maintenance actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage Purchase Orders for maintenance/repair activities.
• Ensure safety standards and LOTO procedures are followed during maintenance.
