Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Automation Technician to maintain and improve automated equipment in its warehouse operations. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors, robotic systems, and control equipment in a temperature-controlled environment.

The successful candidate will assist with system installation, diagnostics, and technical support while gaining hands-on experience with industrial automation technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or automation.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical controls, PLCs, and mechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI configuration, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs (or willingness to learn).
• Able to work in cold and hot storage environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & repair of automated machinery and integrated systems.
• System installation and modification of automation systems with engineering staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support for automated equipment and systems.
• Utilize computer systems for documentation and technical research.
• Perform maintenance and repair on electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.
