Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 12-hour shift to service automated equipment across our manufacturing lines in the United States. The role includes maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative tasks on systems like Multivac, HMIS, and Vision systems, under guidance from the Lead Technician and dotted line to the Shift Manufacturing Facilitator.

Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Electronics or Industrial Mechanics and at least five

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Electronics or Industrial Mechanics is required.
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair and troubleshoot process machinery and equipment.
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance documentation.
Maintain spare parts and related components for assigned equipment.
Suggest equipment improvements to improve cost saving and machine efficiency.
Fabricate machine parts in the maintenance shop and support process improvement projects.
Execute and document preventive, corrective maintenance and validations.
Provide technical guidance to machine set ups and operators.
Comply with GMP, OSHA/PROSHO requirements and EHS procedures.
Complete training to work as an operator set up in IDS manufacturing lines.
