Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring product quality and adherence to GMP. The role requires setting up machines, performing changeovers, and assisting with PM tasks to sustain continuous production at the CT facility.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred; 2 years industrial/manufacturing experience acceptable.
• Strong mechanical proficiency and ability to repair equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP and documentation practices (PPH, scrap, SAP, MES).

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machines to meet quality specifications at the rated output.
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance; report issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain clean work area and proper documentation.
