The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with additional technical experience, and preferred candidates may have an Associate degree or equivalent in industrial/mechanical fields, plus hands-on experience with high-speed equipment and PLCs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• In lieu of Associates degree, 5 years technical or manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and address losses using problem-solving to improve equipment reliability.
• Develop maintenance standards and provide recommendations to improve maintenance frequency and repair effectiveness.
• Lead planned maintenance activities and maintain critical equipment settings with proper documentation in SAP.
• Provide training and coaching to Operators and Technicians on DTM and PPM maintenance activities and standards.
• Record maintenance details and spare parts usage in SAP and address abnormalities to reduce losses.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and support business needs to maintain production continuity.
