Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in electrical/mechanical role; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills; PLC/inverter knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated material handling system with a safety-first mindset.
• Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through maintenance activities.
• Engage in electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist production with fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in installation of new components or refurbishment of existing system components.
• Drive continuous improvement with system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.
