WITRON in Tracy, CA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain state-of-the-art automated material handling systems in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot faults, install/refurbish components, and work with minimal supervision while prioritizing safety and uptime. The role offers performance-based bonus opportunities and premium shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in electrical and/or mechanical roles; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills with drive technology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximize system uptime.
• Troubleshoot faults and assist production with basic repairs.
• Support installation and refurbishment of components and drive improvements.
• Follow safety-first practices and document activities in monitoring systems.
