WITRON is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast-paced distribution center. You will perform electrical and mechanical tasks, prioritize safety, and contribute to optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years electrical/mechanical experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills (3-Phase 480V, DC, 24V controls).
• Familiarity with drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of PLC/controls/inverters.
• Reading wiring diagrams and electrical measurement techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems and monitoring programs.
• Experience with material handling systems in light industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated material handling system with a safety-first approach.
• Enhance system performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist production with fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in installation or refurbishment of components.
• Drive continuous improvement through system knowledge and site enhancements.
