Job summary
Mindscope is seeking a Senior Maintenance Lead in the Greater Milwaukee area to oversee electro-mechanical systems and PLC diagnostics on high-speed production lines. You will lead diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and repairs, interfacing with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs and robotics cells.
Expect a structured 1st shift, competitive hourly pay with annual bonuses, and strong retirement benefits. The role demands 7+ years in industrial maintenance and US work authorization.
Qualifications
- 7+ Years Industrial Maintenance Depth.
- PLC & Robotics Fluency: major PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley Studio 5000/Logix or Siemens TIA).
- Fluid Power & Electrical Mastery: high-voltage AC/DC troubleshooting and fluid power.
- Fabrication & Welding: MIG/TIG/Stick on the floor.
- Stable Employment Background: long-term work history.
- Location & Legal Authorization: US citizenship or Green Card within driving radius of Greater Milwaukee/North Shore.
Responsibilities
- Lead System Diagnostics & Machinery Recovery on high-capacity automation and robotics.
- Troubleshoot Industrial PLC Networks on Allen-Bradley/Siemens platforms.
- Interpret Complex Engineering Drawings and schematics to isolate faults.
- Maintain Power & Fluid Networks, high-voltage distribution, pneumatics, hydraulics.
- Execute Machinery Modifications via welding and fabrication tools.
- Collaborate & Mentor with plant leadership to reduce downtime.
