Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Semiautomatic Specialist Operator in Virginia to support line leaders with change overs, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. You will operate box former/closer and case packer equipment, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards to ensure on-time, in-full production.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of machine operation experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanics and ability to read a tape measure.
• Good math skills; ability to read fractions/decimals.
• Experience with factory computers and fault/alarm troubleshooting.
• Experience with minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support line leaders and participate in safety and quality improvements.
• Operate semiautomatic line equipment including box former/closer and case packer.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to maintenance as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe working area and follow SOPs and quality standards.
• Support autonomous maintenance and 5S activities and contribute to smooth line flow.
