Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Starting pay rate is $21.42 per hour with a 6am-6pm 2-2-3 shift in a climate-controlled environment.

The role focuses on quality and production performance and excludes forklift or material handling duties. Key tasks include periodic quality inspections, data recording, safe work area maintenance and teamwork to meet

  • Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
