Job summary

Sirius Automation is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to support daily production through precise inventory control, shipping/receiving, and parts organization. You will help ensure materials are tracked, stored, and ready for use in manufacturing and system builds, with ERP and SolidWorks PDM training as needed.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable in a hands-on environment, and able to follow structured processes while contributing to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately read, enter, and verify inventory data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to learn and use ERP systems (Total ETO).
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse and production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support physical packing/shipping activities as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow direction and established processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments while reconciling against purchase orders and delivery records.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through ERP system updates (Total ETO) and physical inventory tracking.
• Pick, stage, and issue parts for production based on system-generated work orders.
• Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse and stockroom materials for accessibility and accuracy.
• Support packing and shipment of large automation systems and related components.
• Assist with basic BOM support, inventory checks, and documentation updates as needed.
• Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or inventory issues to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedural standards in warehouse and production areas.
