The Inventory & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily production and operational activities through accurate inventory control, shipping and receiving, parts organization, and warehouse support. This role ensures materials are properly tracked, stored, and prepared for use in manufacturing and system builds.
The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a hands‑on environment, and the ability to follow structured processes while supporting a fast‑paced production team. This individual will also assist with packing and preparing large automation systems for shipment and maintain accurate records within the ERP system (Total ETO). Training will be provided on ERP and SolidWorks PDM systems as needed. This role works closely with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
