Job summary

Sirius Automation is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to support daily production through precise inventory control, shipping/receiving, parts organization, and ERP recordkeeping. Training on Total ETO and SolidWorks PDM will be provided.

You will partner with purchasing, production, and engineering to keep material flow smooth and accurate onsite. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read, enter, and verify inventory data.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
  • Ability to learn and use ERP systems (Total ETO – training provided).
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse and production environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support packing/shipping activities as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow direction and established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments while reconciling against purchase orders and delivery records
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through ERP system updates (Total ETO) and physical inventory tracking
  • Pick, stage, and issue parts for production based on system-generated work orders
  • Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse and stockroom materials for accessibility and accuracy
  • Support packing and shipment of large automation systems and related components
  • Assist with basic BOM support, inventory checks, and documentation updates as needed
  • Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or inventory issues to the appropriate team members
  • Follow all safety, quality, and procedural standards in warehouse and production areas

Position Summary

The Inventory & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily production and operational activities through accurate inventory control, shipping and receiving, parts organization, and warehouse support. This role ensures materials are properly tracked, stored, and prepared for use in manufacturing and system builds.

The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a hands‑on environment, and the ability to follow structured processes while supporting a fast‑paced production team. This individual will also assist with packing and preparing large automation systems for shipment and maintain accurate records within the ERP system (Total ETO). Training will be provided on ERP and SolidWorks PDM systems as needed. This role works closely with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
