Job summary

Ignitium is seeking an Automation & Integrations Manager to own workflow architecture and lead integration delivery. You will operate at the intersection of marketing operations, revenue systems, and engineering, building scalable automation across Workato, Zapier, Make, and related platforms.

This hands-on role involves governance, testing, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of automation standards.

Qualifications

4+ years building and managing automation workflows in a B2B setting.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Workato/ Zapier/ Make).
Strong API, webhook, data transformation, and system integration skills.
Experience with Google Workspace and cloud data warehousing (BigQuery a plus).
CRM/MAP platform experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across platforms with robust error handling and logging.
Create modular components scalable across client programs and internal initiatives.
Audit and optimize automations for performance and reliability; implement fixes.
Document workflows, SOPs, and knowledge bases; maintain governance standards.
Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Support teams to translate requirements into automated solutions.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and deploy optimizations; manage licenses and permissions.
