Job summary

Ignitium is seeking an Automation & Integrations Manager to own workflow architecture and lead integration delivery. This hands-on, technically focused role spans automation across Workato, Zapier, Make, and other platforms, with responsibility for governance, documentation, and optimization across GTM and engineering teams.

You will design scalable automation solutions, partner with Product, Support, and GTM teams, and drive adoption of best practices in a fast-moving agency environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing automation workflows in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to work with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make) and APIs.
• Experience with CRM and MAP platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain SOPs and runbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Product, Technical Support teams.
• Comfortable with cloud data concepts and data transformation.
• Experience with error handling, logging, and alerting in production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms; include error handling and alerting.
• Build modular automation components scalable across client programs and internal initiatives.
• Audit automations for performance and reliability; implement fixes.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards across workflows and SOPs.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Support teams to translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot failures, and deploy optimizations.
• Support platform governance, licensing, permissions, and vendor coordination.
• Stay current on platform releases and evaluate adoption opportunities.
• Create internal docs, training resources, and best practices for automation.
