Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking an Engineer, Infrastructure Operations in Hanover Township, NJ. You will design, build, implement, and respond to proactive monitoring and automation to keep ConnectiveRx application and server systems healthy.

The role collaborates with Application Development and IT teams to support business operations and ITSM tooling. The position emphasizes hands-on work, incident response, and maintaining SLA compliance, with opportunities to leverage AWS, Windows Server,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or higher.
2-4 years supporting IT Infrastructure functions.
Experience with ITSM toolset ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, TelcoAlerts.
Strong scripting and software knowledge: Deluge, PowerShell, Python, Node.js, Azure DevOps, API development, Twilio alerts, SSO.

Responsibilities

Maintain automation and key functions within ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Utilize monitoring tools to provide near real-time alerting for anomalies, reporting, and predictive analysis.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root cause, and document lessons learned.
Ensure SLA commitments are met for production systems.
Capture metrics to measure performance of systems and processes.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and peers in Infrastructure.
