Job summary
myBridge Corporation in New York, NY is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our technology infrastructure. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and support server and cloud environments to keep critical services running smoothly.
You will collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, software development, and support teams, prioritizing incidents, and documenting changes while helping to improve operational
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Industry certifications in cloud, networking, IT service management, or systems administration are beneficial.
- Experience in monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IT systems to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot infrastructure problems.
- Manage system changes, patching, backup verification, and disaster recovery activities.
- Work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, software development, and support teams to improve operations.
