Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer in New Jersey. This hands-on role designs, builds, implements, and responds to proactive monitoring and alerting for ConnectiveRx applications and servers, ensuring operation and reliability.

You will support business operations with collaboration across IT and development teams. The role requires 2-4 years in IT infrastructure, strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Node.js), and experience with AWS, Azure DevOps, and ITSM

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2-4 years supporting IT Infrastructure functions.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, TelcoAlerts.
• Strong skills in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Deluge scripting, Microsoft PowerShell scripting, Python, Node.js, Azure DevOps repository management, API development, Twilio alerting, and SSO technologies.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation & key functions within ConnectiveRx1s strategic IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Utilize new and existing monitoring tools to provide near realadtime alerting for system anomalies, reporting, and predictive analysis.
• Prodactively troubleshoot production issues as needed, and identify and capture root cause, action items, and lessons learned after all incidents and infrastructure events.
• Work to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for production systems.
• Capture metrics to measure performance of systems and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
