Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with end-users to meet business needs.
• Scripting knowledge, bankcard industry knowledge, understanding data structures.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between client end-users, programmers and test analysts to ensure optimal system performance.
• Analyzes and translates business specifications into system requirements and design.
• Prepares inputs for system design and implementation plans.
• Documents client training and installation procedures for systems and upgrades.
