Amada America, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems at customer sites in the United States. The role requires reading layouts and blueprints, performing installations, and providing training on software and line control applications.

Regular travel across territories is expected, with lifting up to 50 lbs and strong customer communication skills. Ideal candidates hold a 4-year Electronics degree or an equivalent combination of 2-year

Qualifications

• A 4 yr degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2 yr degree with related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical and electrical systems.
• Install equipment at customer site following layouts and blueprints.
• Complete service and expense reports on schedule.
• Travel within assigned territories on a regular basis.
