Job summary
Amada America, Inc. seeks a skilled field service technician to install equipment at customer sites, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems, and train customers on Amada software.
Strong reading of blueprints and good English communication are essential for daily service reports and customer interactions. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned territories, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a 4-year Electronics degree or a 2-year related
Qualifications
- A 4 yr degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2 yr degree with related work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment at customer site, following layout drawings and blueprints.
- Complete service reports daily and expense reports weekly.
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and team members.
- Operate, apply, train customers on Amada software and line control.
- Travel within assigned territories and lift up to 50 lbs.
