Sealed Air seeks an Automation Technical Service Representative to install, commission, and maintain automated packaging systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform PM, and upsell service contracts while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires technical certification or an engineering associate degree, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and travel to customer locations with occasional nights or weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Technical certification or Associate’s degree in Engineering or Automation.
• 3–4 years in a similar technical role.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of automated packaging systems.
• Strong PLC and electrical knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and integrate Sealed Air’s automated packaging systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance to address mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions remotely or on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Identify opportunities for upselling service and maintenance agreements.
• Document service activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, repairs, and parts used.
