Job summary

Amada is seeking a skilled field service technician for the Concord, CA area. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and control systems at customer sites, install equipment, and provide on-site training. Daily reporting and regular travel within the territory are required.

A 4-year Electronics degree (or 2-year related degree with experience) is preferred. You will lift up to 50 lbs, use tools and test equipment, and work with Amada software for line control.

Qualifications

4-year Electronics degree or 2-year related degree with experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
English communication required.

Responsibilities

Install, service and support equipment at customer sites.
Complete daily service reports and weekly expense reports.
Travel within assigned territories.
Follow safety and quality standards.
