Amada America, Inc. seeks a field service professional to support customers with Amada Punch Presses, including installation, service, training, networking, and programming. The role covers press brakes, shears and related machines, with travel within the Anaheim, CA region.

Qualifications include a 4-year Electronics degree or an equivalent 2-year degree with related experience. Strong diagnostic skills, reading drawings, and proficiency with Windows OS are required.

Qualifications

• A 4 yr degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2 yr degree with related work experience preferred.
• Experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with Amada Punch Presses including installation, service, training and programming.
• Install equipment and manage the installation process at customer site.
• Complete daily service reports and weekly expense reports.
• Communicate in English effectively with customers.
• Operate Amada applications software for line control and programming.
• Travel within assigned territories; Anaheim, CA area.
