The role emphasizes reducing downtime, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and utilizing CMMS/ERP tools to enhance production performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and automation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical automation certification is a plus.
• Proven experience operating and maintaining automation equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs and understanding of automation controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation equipment to maintain production levels and quality.
• Perform maintenance, scheduling, and prompt repairs to prevent downtime.
• Maintain records of equipment performance and repairs.
• Assist in installing and validating new automation systems.
