You will oversee projects from concept to deployment, ensuring top quality and regulatory alignment while working with automation integrators and internal stakeholders. A strong emphasis on PLC/HMI, SCADA, and industrial networking is required, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and drug testing.
• 5 years of experience in automation or system integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development, implementation, and optimization of automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Oversee projects from concept through design, validation, and deployment while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance, review designs, and oversee prototyping activities.
• Interface with customers to ensure products meet requirements and expectations.
• Track workloads, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and control costs.
• Drive improvements by applying modern engineering workflows and data analysis.
