Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and use data to reduce rejects, downtime, costs, and labor hours.
• Design and develop pull-system flows using Lean principles.
• Develop standard work sequences, maps, and load charts.
• Create job aids, fixtures, and workstations to improve cycles.
• Lead improvement projects and kaizen events.
• Train staff on new processes and manuals.
• Collaborate with internal customers on technical issues.
• Improve manufacturing efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Stay informed about new technologies and equipment.
