Job summary

Tetra Tech is looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Systems Integration team in Pasadena, CA. This role focuses on supporting municipal and industrial water and wastewater markets with opportunities working on PLC and SCADA projects.

The ideal candidate will have a preference for an engineering degree and an inclination for automation, with a willingness to travel up to 25%. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401(k), and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or related technical degree.
• 0-2 years of related automation experience with HMI’s, PLC’s and general SCADA integration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for startup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform PLC and HMI programming, simulation, testing, and startup assistance.
• Maintain and grow solid client relationships.
