Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python scripting, low-code platforms).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• UiPath Associate certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other business locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Python, AI/ML APIs, low-code tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and process owners to translate requirements into scalable automations.
• Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure performance and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor automation performance and KPIs to ensure value delivery.
