Job summary

KeyBank Intelligent Automation Engineer role to advance enterprise automation through RPA, IDP, and system integrations. Design, build, and integrate automation solutions using leading platforms while leveraging Azure AI or Google Vertex AI where appropriate.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well‑integrated solutions, with emphasis on change management, security, and adherence to CoE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
• Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies.
• Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Working knowledge of process engineering software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
• Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
• Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
• Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures.
