You will identify opportunities, design and implement automation systems, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to boost productivity, quality, safety, and capacity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years in industrial automation or related roles.
- Experience leading automation projects from concept to start-up.
- Experience with robotics, vision systems, and material handling.
- Ability to develop business cases and ROI calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, labor-intensive processes.
- Develop automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with growth.
- Design, specify, source, implement, and validate automation equipment and systems.
- Lead automation projects from concept to production launch and sustainment.
- Integrate robotics, vision, automated assembly, and material handling into manufacturing operations.
- Create ROI analyses, CAPEX requests, and supplier coordination.
