iNRCORE Group in Hornell, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support automation, process improvement, and capacity growth at the Dyco Electronics facility. You will design and implement scalable automation solutions, partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and drive productivity, quality, safety and long-term manufacturing modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing automation, industrial equipment, controls, machine design, process engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading projects from concept through implementation, including vendor management, installation, validation, and budget oversight.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial controls, sensors, servo systems, motion control, drives, and industrial communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive manufacturing processes.
• Design and implement automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, throughput, safety, and consistency.
• Lead automation projects from concept through validation, production release, and post-launch support.
• Develop operating procedures, maintenance documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
